Montgomery, Alabama (April 13, 2026) — While it’s not the headlining race of the night, Race 1 of the 2026 Street Stock Tri-Track Cruise Quest is shaping up to be a thrilling feature event on Saturday, May 2nd as part of the Spring Explosion at Montgomery Motor Speedway.

The Street Stock Tri-Track Cruise Quest, a three-race championship, will kick off for the second time when the green flag drops on May 2nd. In its first rendition in 2025, the championship was claimed by Jonathan Langham.

As a result, Langham won the championship’s coveted prize, a four-day cruise. The same prize awaits the 2026 champion of the Street Stock Tri-Track Cruise Quest.

“I love the Street Stock division and really enjoyed winning the cruise in 2025,” said Langham. “We had a blast on the ship and we are hoping my dad, Howard, can win the series in 2026.”

Jim Pokrant also won a four-day cruise in 2025 by virtue of a random draw between the drivers who ran all three races of the series. The same random draw will take place this year under the same criteria.

Races 2 and 3 of the Street Stock Tri-Track Cruise Quest will take place at Five Flags Speedway and Mobile International Speedway on Friday, June 26th and Saturday, June 27th respectively.

Race 1 of this year’s Street Stock Tri-Track Cruise Quest is only one portion of the racing action that fans can look forward to on Saturday, May 2nd. The headlining Show Me The Money Pro Late Models will battle for 100 laps, with Late Model Sportsmen and Crown Stocks joining in on the action as well.

Grandstand tickets are $20 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 to 12, and kids 5 and under get in for free. Grandstands open at 5:00 pm, with qualifying at 6:00 pm and racing at 7:00 pm. Be there!
